The following are some of the projects that we have designed, developed and delivered over the past 10 years.

DSP Digital Radio
Design and Development of a TI C6745 based digital receiver. DSPBios, Direct conversion RF front end, Multi-Channel Audio. Prototype in development.

DSP based Spectrometer.
Evaluation and consulting for a TI OMAP-L133 based handheld spectrometer concept. ARM9/C6748 processor, USB device, LCD, NAND.

USB Host Digital Audio Player
Design and Development of a TI Stellaris Cortex M3 based audio device. USB Host, SD, LCD, Multi-Channel Audio. Prototype under development.

OMAP Digital Audio System
Design and Development of a TI OMAP-L137 based PRO Audio music system. MontaVista Linux, ARM9/C6747 processor, USB Host, SD, LCD, Multi-Channel Audio. Prototype in use at customer site..

RF controlled Digital MusicPlayer
Design and Development of a TI CC2510 based, battery powered, miniature Digital Music Player. Customer demonstrated at CES.

ADI SHARC product design review and repair.
Multiple ADI SHARC based audio product design reviews – Hardware and Software debug and repair. Currently deployed worldwide.

DaVinci prototype for Medical Imaging Equipment
TI DM355 DaVinci ARM9 evaluation system and MontaVista Linux demo for a medical imaging product.

Bluetooth Interface for Bose Wave Radio
Design and Development of a Bluetooth to Boselink Dongle. C#.NET User Interface. System currently under design/development. Rising Tide R&D project.

C# .NET User Interface
Design and Development of a C#.NET User Interface for control of an embedded DSP system via USB. Custom USB Driver. System currently in use at customer site.

2.4 GHz Transceiver
Design and Development of a TX/RX Daughterboard for the TI TMS320C6416 DSP. System currently in use at customer site.

2.4 GHz Transmit Daughtercard for TI C6416 DSK
Design and Development of a High Speed DAC/Modulator Daughterboard for the TI TMS320C6416 DSP. This system is based around the TI High speed Interpolating Dual-Channel DAC5686. System currently in use at customer site.

Multi Channel Digital Audio Platform
Design and Development of a product platform using the TI TMS320C672x DSP. All hardware and software including DSP, Memory, ADC/DAC, LCD user interface. Currently in use worldwide.

Network Bridge for Bose FreeSpace E4
Conception and development of the Rising Tide RE4B Network Bridge. This product uses uClinux on an ARM9 platform. It is designed for use with the Bose FreeSpace E4 commercial audio system. The RE4B is sold to Bose Corp. as a third party accessory and is in use at Customer sites.

DSP Design Recovery and Enhancement
Recovery and enhancement of a production 56K DSP design, original engineering team disbanded. Currently deployed worldwide.

Commercial DSSS Base Station
Designed and developed a DSSS receiver/demodulator as part of a satellite network hub for non-coordinated transmitters, including real-time AJ, direct IF (70MHz) sampling. – TI C6416, C6711 DSPs and ADI AD6624 QRSP. System in use at the AMSC (MSAT) downlink facility in Reston, VA.

Commercial General Aviation Radio
Designed and developed a General Aviation Nav/Com Digital Radio employing direct RF sampling at UHF and VHF. Design of RF analog section using differential amplifiers, high-impedance transmission lines, and custom SAW filter – TI VC33, Altera FPGA and AD6624 QRSP. Prototype used to secure production and FAA funding, Company Confidential.

Commercial Mobile SatCom Receiver
Designed and developed a digital satellite receiver for a mobile low-power platform. Employs Direct IF sampling, all digital tuning, and coherent demodulation. ADSP218x, AD6620. Currently in production and customer field use.

Law Enforcement DSSS Module
Design and developed a Mobile 2 Mcps DSSS LPI link for data logger application. Systems analysis for LPI radio system. Derived signal processing algorithms for cyclostationary synchronization, interference mitigation, and quantifying overall system performance.
